Introduction

Special Officer & Competent Authority IMA & Other Frauds (henceforth SPLOCA) is under the Revenue Department, Government of Karnataka and is tasked with implementing the KPIDFE and certain other legislations in the state. The main functions of SPLOCA are to prevent, enquire into and assess the claims of victims of fraud by Financial Enterprises. To execute the objectives of the said Acts & Rules the SPLOCA is tasked under Section 6(h) of the Act to “do all and every act which would be necessary for the speedy realization of the assets of the Financial Establishment.” Thus, this RFP is called to expedite the processing of claims, assets, and liabilities, monitoring of cases against concerned Financial Establishments, and realization of their assets.
